thoughtspace

Think out loud. Your ideas land on a map.

Talk through what's on your mind. Each idea becomes a card, the map brings forward whatever you're talking about, and your assistant's next steps land under it as items you can keep.

Thought map

A thinking partner that keeps up with you

Talk, and the map follows

Mention something that's already on your map and it glides into view with everything linked to it. No duplicate cards, no hunting.

Use the AI you already have

Sign in with OpenRouter in one click, paste a key for Claude, GPT, Gemini or Groq, or run fully offline with Ollama. Switch any time.

Your voice stays on your computer

Speech-to-text runs on your PC, so talking works without any key or account. Your map is saved locally, never on our servers. There are none.

The real app: after a spoken question about a candle shop and a craft fair, the map glides to both thoughts and four suggested items appear around them.
The real app, not a mock-up. Suggested items are dashed until you keep them, and you can add your own under any card.

What leaves your computer

Your voiceNothing, by default. It's transcribed on your PC. You can choose Groq or OpenAI instead in Settings.
What you saidGoes to the AI model you picked, to pull out ideas and reply. With Ollama, it stays on your PC too.
Your mapStays in %APPDATA%\Thoughtspace. No account, no cloud copy.

Up and running in two minutes

  1. Download and open it

Run Thoughtspace-Setup.exe. It installs for you only and updates itself.

  2. Get past the Windows warning

The app isn't code-signed yet, so Windows says it "protected your PC". Click More info then Run anyway. Signing is on the way.

  3. Connect a model and talk

Pick a look, name your assistant, sign in with OpenRouter, then press Start conversation.
